These Terms govern your use of the Estate Greats website, Sale Dashboard, and related services. By using them, you agree to these Terms. Your specific estate-sale agreement, and our program terms (such as the Referral Program Terms), control where they differ from or add to these Terms.

Our services

Estate Greats provides estate-sale management and related services in the Nashville, Tennessee area, along with the Sale Dashboard and referral and influencer programs. Details, pricing, and commitments for any sale are set out in your signed sale agreement.

Using our site & portal

• Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or misuse it.
• You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Payments & payouts

Fees, commissions, and payout terms for a sale are governed by your sale agreement. Amounts shown in the portal are estimates until a settlement is finalized.

Referral & influencer programs

Participation is subject to the applicable program terms and to any content or conduct guidelines we provide. We may modify or end these programs, or a participant’s involvement, at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Estate Greats name and logo are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or use them without permission, except as needed to use our services.

Disclaimers

Our site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular sale results or uninterrupted access to the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estate Greats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
